Our “women solo” format lets you enjoy the elegance of ballroom without a partner. Classes lift posture and lines, build musicality, coordination, and confidence — and leave you energized.
Lesson format: 60 minutes. Flow: gentle warm‑up and mobility; technique (frame and body lines, weight transfers, turns, foot articulation); lady styling (arms, hands, head); solo combinations in Latin; Standard appears only as short medley inserts for posture/lines; light low‑impact conditioning; cool‑down and stretch.
Repertoire: primary focus — Latin: Cha‑Cha‑Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive (styling and foundational solo patterns). Standard — very limited and only as short medleys (e.g., Waltz/Tango for posture and lines), with no progressive floor travel.
Level: Beginners. Layered options inside each combo. Join any month — each topic closes with a short routine.
Health & safety: no acrobatics or high‑impact work; modifications offered for sensitive knees/backs/shoulders. Please inform the coach of any injuries.
What to bring: dance heels with a stable 3–6 cm heel or soft sneakers/ballet flats for first classes; comfortable activewear; water bottle. Tie back long hair and avoid dangling jewelry.
Showings & motivation: optional open classes, friendly mini‑showcases, and video takes — no elaborate costumes.
