For experienced couples: the class structure stays familiar, while movement, figures, and variations become more advanced with deeper focus on quality, musicality, and precise partnership.
Lesson format: 60 minutes. Flow: warm‑up and mobility; partner technique (frame, connection, lead/follow, weight transfers, turns, foot articulation); breakdown of advanced figures; daily combo; consolidation and cool‑down.
Repertoire: Latin and Standard in equal measure. Latin: Cha‑Cha‑Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive (syncopations, extended phrases, accent variations). Standard: Waltz and Tango (progressive floor travel, line projection, turns and contra‑turns).
Logistics: respect and consent are mandatory. Optional open‑class showings only. No competitions or festivals.
Gear & safety: comfortable dance shoes (stable heel for Latin/Standard as preferred) and non‑restrictive clothing. Hair tied back, minimal jewelry. Bring water.
